How does the rental service work?

Simply place an order, and we’ll deliver the robot to you. Use it, and return it when you’re done!

Is the robot easy to use?

Yes! Just plug it in, place it on the window, and press start—it does the rest on its own. If you are unsure watch the video above. The robot also includes instructions.

Does it work on all types of windows?

The robot works on most glass surfaces, including framed and frameless windows, or mirrors but not on curved or very small windows.

How safe is the robot?

It has strong suction and a safety cord to prevent falls, plus smart sensors to detect edges and obstacles. On top of that it also has a power bank so it will stay on the window up to 40 minutes after unplugged.

Do I need to use any special cleaning solution?

We provide you with a cleaning solution that's compatible with the robot. Other than that, keep in mind to rinse the mop cloth regularly, it should be slightly moist for the best cleaning results.
